This website is owned and operated by KWENIX TRADING LLC, a company registered at 7811 Old Tree Run, Louisville, KY 40222, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will contact you and refund that item in full. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
3. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our servers.
4. Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates and are set out on our shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and cancellation
Our returns policy is set out on our returns page and forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
6. Product descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently from screen to screen, and natural fibres vary slightly in texture and shade; such variation is not a fault.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, photography, graphics, logos and designs — belongs to KWENIX TRADING LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit where goods were bought for personal use.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
