30-day returns
If a piece is not right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached.
How to start a return
- Email Contact@kwenixtrading.shop with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the address to send it to.
- Post the parcel back to us. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that go missing in transit.
Refunds
Once your return arrives we inspect it and process the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Original shipping charges are refunded only where an item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not hold stock against an exchange. The quickest route is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you would like.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid, at no cost to you.
Items we cannot accept
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Items without their original tags.
